30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at seanloughry@yahoo.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at seanloughry@yahoo.com.
